Michika Reynolds-Quillin is an attorney, advisor, and certified mediator with more than 15 years of experience across employment matters, real estate transactions, estate planning, and public interest law. As Of Counsel to Hackett Legal Counsel, P.C., she brings a client-centered approach focused on practical guidance, accessibility, and strategic problem-solving.


Michika’s legal experience includes advising clients on workplace issues, housing and property matters, benefits-related concerns, and legal documentation. Her work has included conducting residential real estate closings, supporting compliance matters, drafting estate planning documents, and providing legal counsel through both independent practice and public service roles.


She previously served as a Staff Attorney with Atlanta Legal Aid Society and as an Attorney Advisor with the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Disaster Loan Program, where she reviewed loan applications, compliance matters, and appeals related to federal disaster assistance programs.


Michika is a Certified Mediator and Arbitrator through the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution and is admitted to practice in Georgia, including before the Georgia Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of the United States. She earned her J.D. from Widener University School of Law, an MBA from Emory University, and a B.A. in Economics from Spelman College.
