Anthony McKee is an experienced trial attorney with a strong background in criminal law and courtroom litigation. Over the course of his legal career, he has represented clients in both criminal and civil matters, handling cases from investigation and pretrial proceedings through trial and resolution. He is skilled in trial strategy, motion practice, witness examination, negotiations, and case management, with extensive experience advocating for clients in court.

Mr. McKee previously served as an Assistant District Attorney with the Clayton County District Attorney’s Office and as an Assistant Solicitor for the City of Atlanta, where he prosecuted a wide range of criminal matters and gained substantial courtroom and trial experience. He also practiced with Cotto Law Group, representing clients in criminal defense and civil litigation matters.

Known for his professionalism, strategic thinking, and strong courtroom presence, Mr. McKee is committed to providing clients with diligent legal representation and practical guidance

throughout the legal process. His diverse litigation background allows him to approach each case with careful preparation, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach. 

Mr. McKee earned his Juris Doctor from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from American Intercontinental University and a Bachelor of Science degree from Morehouse College. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia.
